Does any one know how I would go about doing this
 
some one told me that revit imports the files but not sure if the normal Auto CAD Program I have will let me bring it in.

Approach the problem from the other side.  How does one export a 3D model from Sketchup for use in AutoCAD.

That's only if you have Sketchup Pro. The free version doesn't allow exporting of models to Autocad.

Im going to see in what formats it lets me export.
maybe there is one type that Cad lets import
 
But thats 2 conversions

Just download the trial version: http://sketchup.google.com/intl/en/download/gsup.html" rel="nofollow - http://sketchup.google.com/intl/en/download/gsup.html.

The trial is good for 8 hours of unlimited use, so that should be plenty of time to export out the .dwg.
