I am able to import 3D terrain from Google Earth into SketchUp Pro, and from SketchUp into Autocad 2010.  It creates a TIN.  I need to create contour lines from the tin.  I ultimately need the contours to represent topography however that can be accomplished.

I understand Civil 3D had tools that can do this.  I'm hoping that someone has a free lisp that will do it in Autocad?

Not a free one but almost free - try the Plex.Earth Tools 2.0. It handles also contour lines - see:
