Can anyone help me with Express Tools in AutoCAD LT2011?  Is it in this version of AutoCAD?  If so.....what do I do to load it?

No, Express Tools are not (and never were) available in AutoCAD LT.

Do you know if there is another tool in AutoCAD LT 2011 that will Mask Text AND converting Single-line text to Multi-line text?

Have you taken a look in your Help files?  There is a "search" option.
