Hi, I'm using AutoCAD LT(Stand-alone license) in my desktop computer,  Now, i need to transfer my AutoCAD in my laptop for a reason. Now the question is, Is it possible to transfer AutoCAD Software & License from one unit to another? and How. Many Thanks guys!

Yes, there is the License Transfer Utility (either local or online - depending on your LT version).

ok, By the way im using AutocadLT 2011, i've already read about LTU, but im a bit confuse becaus in autodesk website they didn't give any instructions regarding that matter, So have you tried it? im a bit scared to try.

There are no major problems with this tool. It has its own help. Just login from the source computer, export the license, login from the target PC and import the license.

what should be my first step?
 uninstall autocad from my desktop & reinstall to my laptop? then connect to LTU website?

Have LT installed on both computers. Then perform the LTU transfer.

Do you want to have the ability to use AutoCAD on both computers (just not concurrent use)?  If so then you do NOT want to uninstall AutoCAD from the desktop computer.  On the other hand, if you no longer want AutoCAD on your desktop computer then go ahead and uninstall it after running the license transfer utility.
