I have mulitple model space viewports, but the boundaries of each viewport does not show up. Viewports used to have the white lines seperating the viewports with a thicker border around the active viewport.
When I create multiple viewports now, I get them, but I don't see the white lines, so you can't tell which one is active or the boundaries of them.

thanks!?!?!?!?!?!

this one`s about viewports in modelspace and had nothing to do with layers.

In model space type: -vports and create 2 viewports. The boundary is displayes with white lines if you do that. On my PC ther are no lines.

Are you creating them on the Defpoints layer and have the 0 layer frozen?

it probably has something to do with dispaly settings or a system variable.

My colleges PC work fine with it. I caseem to find the difference.

What color background for your layout are you using?

What color is assigned to the layer your viewports are on?

@ John: it`s not about layouts. It a split in modelspave. They are called viewport too.

I'll try to intentionally create the problem on my system and report back if I can.
