Hey guys this is kinda out of league request .... But does anyone know how to make a AutoCAD drafting plan of a city from Google Earth ...

Actually i have got a Urban Design project to draft Hong Kong on 1:5000 scale but i m not sure how to do it ... So plz help me how can i start ... Or if anyone has any software which can do so plz do reply ....
