My question is same as the topic:
 
Is it possible to open a AutoCAD file in Robotstudio?
If YES. How? And in what format should the file be?

AutoCAD ACIS or IGES files should work - see the [CMD]ACISOUT[/CMD] and [CMD]IGESEXPORT[/CMD] commands.
