Does anyone know how to 'Unlock' the Lock Aspect Ratio in the OLE Properties manager on Draftsight so as to allow changing the length and width of a jpg image/Picture. When you insert an Object from Windows 97, 2003 Doc > Insert Picture  > Select Image  > than try to resize that image in the Properties manager >  AutoCAD allows you to turn LAR on or off. But on DraftSight the LAR does not give you that option.
