Dead simple:

1. Cell format is set to Decimal Number, precision to 0.00.Every new cell with any formula has precision set 0.0000, although it's active style still the same.

2. After copying table to another drawing or sometimes another place in the same drawing it looses it's formating and settings while caring with it all the styles and settings.

AutoCAD 2012. http://ge.tt/8WCoRc6?c" rel="nofollow -  Link to download drawing.

p.s.  Same happens with text. Text which is simply copied from one place to another or different drawing appears garbled, although it's style and settings are all the same.
