Do you get an error message? If so what does it say? What is the source of the drawing? Was the drawing done using AutoCAD or some other CAD program? FILEDIA is a system variable. To change its setting one must type it at the command line then press Enter. As previously instructed the value should be changed to "1". This will force dialog boxes to appear. The setting for FILEDIA may have been inadvertently changed by a poorly written lisp routine unless you were "mucking" about and did not want to admit it.
