dose anyone know the keyboard shortcut for group and ungroup with AutoCAD 2012?  Thanks !

You can define your own shortcuts for indiviual commands and menu macros. See CUI and the command [CMD]-GROUP[/CMD]. Plus there is the Ctrl+Shift+A keyboard shortcut as the group selection mode toggle.
