how do I place a point in an autocad drawing according to a coordinate ( latitude  and longitude) so that I can later get the coordinates of any other point in the drawing.

Let me put is in another way.
I have a large area that i need to survey ruffly, a hand held GPS is enough.
I have a draft of a very large building to implant on this area.
I have 4 point of latitude and longitude (each corner of the building).
I want to be able to pick up on autocad extra coordinates( diferent part of the building) and check them on site via GPS.

PS: I don't want to spend money on a surveyor at this point.

Thanks

You'll be lucky if those points are within 5 feet of their actual position.  Should look into renting a piece of accurate equipment like the Carlson Surveyor+ RTK GPS System.  It can be accurate down to a couple of inches or less.

Another option would be to convert the latitude and longitude to decimal then enter those values as Northing = Y and Easting = X.

See this re: conversion.
