Really, no self respecting http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steampunk - Steampunk fan should be without their cool Steampunk style goggles without feeling overwhelming embarrassment. Now instead of paying over $200 at the http://makerfaire.com/bayarea/2011/ - Makers Faire for a pair already made I can make my own and have enough money leftover to make a Steampunk hat, jacket, arm mounted ray gun, and ornate nickel tipped boots.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steampunk - Steampunk is a genre based on a steam powered themed look combined with science fiction and Victorian period. Really quite a mix but the result is interesting and very creative.
