I'm having trouble with multiline text boxes. Every time I create one (or try to edit one) the text is rotated 90 degrees going up and down the page. How do I keep it from doing this? I want my text horizontal like normal. I'm using AutoCAD 2007. TIA

try this command. It works for my older version so should work for your shiney new version.

MT>SPAC BAR

LEFT CLICK>R>SPACE BAR

0

That should reset your text rotaion back to 0 degrees.

Hope this does the trick?

Ok, thanks. I've tried this on a one by one basis and it's ok. But when creating one from scratch it still defaults to vertical text which I then have to change.
