I supose like on any file ( word , exel etc... ) by printing on a virtual plotter named "Adobe PDF" or "CutePDF Writer" ( if you have an Adobe software installed on your PC ).
On really recent Adobe release you can create a "3D" PDF file ( to be confirmed ).
