IS THERE A 3D PROGRAMME WHICH CAN BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH AUTOCAD 2006

To do what exactly?  Full 2006 can create 3D solids and surfaces.

You do know that you can render within AutoCAD right?  If you don't like the results take a look at 3ds Max or the freebie Kerkythea.
