Did you open your file or insert it in an other file ?
Do you open ports in paper space or print from the model space ?
If you just opened it, check your LPTSCALE + line type in the layer control panel.
If you work with LPTSCALE = 1 , center lines = centerline2 , hidden lines = hidden2 your lines will be OK.
If you work with LPTSCALE = 5 , center lines = centerline , hidden lines = hidden your lines will be OK.

WARNING : THE COMMAND IS "LTSCALE" AND NOT "LPTSCALE".

What is PSLTSCALE set to?

What is MSLTSCALE set to?

Found this at Ralph Grabowski's "Tailoring AutoCAD" blog.

"Because linetypes are affected by scale (which reminds me: I have to do something about those scales on my Red Maple tree), paper space becomes a problem. A linetype scale that looks fine in model space is going to look wrong in paper space. The solution comes with the PsLtScale system variable. When set to 0, PsLtScale scales linetypes the same in model space and in layouts. But when set to 1, linetypes in layouts are drawn to the same scale as the viewport's scale."
