I need help with a file format

Good evening to you all!
I have several hundreds of files that have contents like this inside (i append here the first 50 lines of a file). I have tried almost every program to open them, but with no success. The files have no footer and no header, only code like this below. Does anyone know what kind of files are they and how can i open them? Thank you in advance!
