1st check if your leaders and/or texts are not in the Defpoint layer.

2nd In the paper space, open a port and then the layers control panel and check if the layer on wich you have drawn your leaders and texts are not frozen or not printable or...

Please let us know the result and/or if you have found the problem and how you have solve it.

Did you use annotative scaling?

It's a solution, but not an explanation.  What this should tell you is that your leaders and text were annotative in model space but the scales in model space and your layout/paperspace viewports were not the same.  Annotative objects in model space will only show in paperspace viewports when the scales of the objects have been set to match those you want to use in paperspace.

It sounds more complicated than it is.  With a little experimentation you will understand how it all works.
