When i opened the file the following day i received this message, " No harness assembly exists in the current active document. Cable & Harness operations will be disabled." 

The fact is that i can "see" the assembly, wire data etc., but, inventor apparently can't see it.  I am also un-able to export the data to another file in order to replace this one because i cannot work in the cable and harness tab.

There was a patch for this issue for INV2011 but i am running INV2012 and the new patch doesn't say that it addresses my issue.

Can someone point to a patch or tell me what i am doing wrong?
