I am drawing a footing and I am using a preset layer called footing that defaults to a dashed orange line. Everything is fine in model space but when I put it in the title block or print it the dashed lines show up as solid lines?

I already changed the linetype scales to try and correct it.

I am printing @ 1/8" = 1' and have tried 1, 2, 4 and 10 linetype scales with no results.

just wondering ... is this not another case of printing from paper space having ticked "use paper space units for scaling" in linetype manager?
