Go to layout. Next to model. Create a rectangle of the size of the page in wich you will print your drawing. Then add 1 viewport (menu toolbar). you will need to select the rectangle that you created (remember the size must be i think in milimeters). after creating 1 viewport you double click inside it. Now to scale do this press z enter, and write 1000/100 xp and click enter. The drawing will be in 1:100. Hope you understand my reply. good luck
pd.: when yoy print it put 1:1

Higher AutoCAD versions have direct output to PDF. You can also try other virtual PDF printer.

I've seen apps for printing to real printers (PrintCentral) but I haven't owned a printer in five years. I always print everything from my Mac to a PDF (build in on a Mac) and I want to do the same on my iPad. If I ever need a hard copy I can print the PDF at work or a business center.
