You can use the ALIGN command to scale and rotate the image. There are no special tools in plain AutoCAD - you can use e.g. AutoCAD Raster Design.

Hi, I scale site plans (as raster images) in my job quite a lot.

If you know the scale of your google map you can just use the scale command and increase it's size accordingly. ie 1:500 scale = 500 times bigger using the scale command.

If you don't know the scale you will need to find a reference measurement (two points on the ground with a known distance between them).

Use the scale command. After you pick a base point enter 'R' for reference. Now pick your two reference points on your google map. Enter the actual distance on the ground between these points. Your raster image should now be actual size.

Zoom All so you can see it.

*Note You can't work accurately with raster images because they don't have any defined points.
