unisolate doesn't work

Hello.
I have a terrible issue with isolate/unisolate option. I had isolated the layer (it was the xref) and after i tried to unisolate rest layers nothing changes. What to do? When I press ctrl+A properties show that there are other objects in the selection, but they are not visible.
