Over the past month there have been several lists, web pages, and mentions in http://www.twitter.com/ - Twitter and other social media incorrectly stating that http://www.autodesk.com - Autodesk supports the controversial http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Online_Piracy_Act - SOPA initiative otherwise known as United States http://hdl.loc.gov/loc.uscongress/legislation.112hr3261 - H.R. 3261 .

The official Autodesk statement:

http://www.autodesk.com - Autodesk applauds Congress for recognizing the threat that software piracy poses to our economy, but we cannot support http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Online_Piracy_Act - SOPA as written.
