HI..!I was working on one of the drawing where I had to draw a hoist chain.I did it manually.Is there any .lin file which if we load we can directly get a chain.Or Can you suggest any other method..?

You're looking for a linetype definition file that will draw a chain?  I know there are a couple of lisp routines that will draw a chain but I don't know of a chain linetype.  It might be possible to create one using two routines found in Express Tools called MKLTYPE and MKSHAPE.  Get it a try.

This sounds like an interesting annotative dynamic block project for you at some point.
