hi, i use inventor and autocad 2007.
sometime ago, i came across a software demo, where they showed kinematic analysis in 2d interface, like the interface was just like autocad, they drew a piston, a crank and cam in 2d, attched some dof to the joints and kinematics was there in 2d itself.
does anybody have an idea about this?
i forgot the name of the software.

You can use schematic (2D) kinematics in Inventor.
