I recently changed jobs and I find myself with a difficulty here. I am currently using Architectural Desktop 3.3 (the same as my previous job) and I used to be able to draw structural members by simply picking them out of a menu where they were arraigned by different divisions. For example I just pick a joist and then I just click and drag the pointer as far as I want my joist to be and it would automatically draw it for me. Now I cannot do that anymore at my new job. I would like to at least get an idea on how to set ADT in the way as it used to work for me before. I'd appreciate anyone's help! Thanks
