Should we even ask how you lost them in the first place?  I guess not.

The following will bring back the "Standard" toolbar. From there you know how to retrieve the other ones you want right?

Command: -TOOLBAR

Enter toolbar name or [ALL]: Standard

Enter an option [Show/Hide/Left/Right/Top/Bottom/Float] <Show>: S

Here in mexico we have to use an application of the power company to make designs of power lines called Deprored, the application slows down the Autocad and is used in AutoCAD 2008 and earlier versions, I guess that was the reason for failure, I use recommended ( -TOOLBAR ) but the command just gives me the tools of Deprored the other not. will try to withdraw that application and see if autocad toolbars appear again.
Thanks anyway.

I can't help you with the other program (Deprored).  You're on your own.

Yeah, it sounds to me like it's time for you to call someone in the CAD department of the Mexico power company.  They'll probably know more about that specialty program than any of us.
