Hello;
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this. I have an assembly and I'm making a simple mate between the upturned metal edge and the centerline plane shown. The message "part association failed" comes up.
Unfortunately I've not found a way to attach files in this forum, but you can see the screen shot here

update, I went through the assembly and the part association failure is in the vertical tube, not the piece that I'm trying to mate. I still can't find where the failure is, but hopefully it will show itself
