Have you created dynamic blocks previous to this that do work?

What is preventing you from editing the blocks?

Hi John,
All sorted! I was not able to edit block, as CAD was changing the name of the block by adding "*" symbol, as you know, once you have any other symbols than letters or digits you not able to edit this kind of blocks
The answer for issue is: attributes properties for annotative was set to "yes" and was causing error. Thanks anyway

The "*" in the block name indicates that somehow AutoCAD has tagged this as a Temporary block and it will delete it at the end of your session.  So unless this is happening with every block you must have something going wrong with the procedure you've used to create it.

Start a new drawing, something simple, select all the objects and click Insert > Create Block.  Give it a name, go thru the block editor, and save the block.  Does the same problem happen?  If it does you may have an installation issue.  If this is not the way you've been doing things you may have an answer.

Dave.
