You should create the object as a 3D model and then generate the views from the object. I'm not aware of a way to easily create an object based on views.

I doubt there is any fully automatic way for this but you can try Autodesk Inventor with the " http://labs.autodesk.com/utilities/2d_to_3d_tool/ - 2D to 3D tool " add-on.

If the object is a one piece model, you need to take the each of the three views and make them a closed p-line.  Extrude each view to a depth londer/deeper than noted on the other two views.  place all three extrusions in their respective orientation to the word, i.e. the top view should have it's flat side facing up. Now move them together and intersecting and use the modify>solid editing>Intersect pulldown. and Viola!  a solid model from three views.  Of course, again, this only really works as long as it is a single piece object.

Hope this helps.
