Hello, I have installed Revit before 4 days and I'm starting to investigate it.Till now we haven't use Revit in our office because we didn't need to,but now we have to.We have a house that is architectual project and we want to create the HVAC system. My question is : We have the project in revit file, but when we start to draw something we don't have the ducts, the pipes, the mechanical equipment from the samples. From where we can load them??? I know how to load families and dowloaded blocks but we need the ducts and pipes from the sample project. Thank in advance.

My question is: How I can load the families from the samples, because when I start a new project,I can not use them in the project, they are not loaded.I have to load them from a library or somewhere else.

From what I understand from your post, it seems that you have a revit archi model and now you wnat to create a hvac system.

What you need is revit mep (same version of as yor archi model). The installer comes with out-of-the-box revit mep families that you can use.
