You can't use AutoCAD to convert a PDF to a DOC.
You want to use the PDF in a document then insert it.

The free version of Adobe Reader will allow you to save a PDF to either an RTF or TXT file, and from there using Word or similar you can save it to a DOC file. The full version of Adobe Acrobat will allow you to save a PDF file directly to a Word DOC.
AutoCAD has nothing to do with this process.
