Has anyone ever tried to expand a drawing  (Circular expansion, +x,+y,-x,-y direction).

Example:
Block 1 (1 unit X 1 unit), Dist btwn Blk 1 & 2 =1unit.
Block 2 (1 unit x 1 unit), Dist btwn Blk 2 & 3 = 2unit
Block 3 (1 unit x 1 unit), Dist btwn Blk 3 & 4 = 3unit
 
every one block dist increase by 1 unit
