Does anyone know where I can find CAD dwgs of stock U-Bolts to download..I have tries McMasterCarr and Fastenal, but they dont have the ones i'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you look under CAD Blocks here?

Hello Chuck, take a look in the CAD Blocks library here in the site :
2D : Round_Bend_U-Bolt.dwg ( dynamic blocks ) , U-Bolt-size[1].dwg 
3D : U-BOLTS[1].dwg.
 
Note 1 / the dynamic blocks are not to be copy/paste but inserted and then choosen in the properties pannel ( CTRL + 1 ).
 
You can launch a search with specific words : bolts ( a lot of files ! ) ,
U-bolt ( you will find what you want ).
