Could someone please tell me where can I load the above files from so to add to my work station?

You can load LISP files in many ways - e.g. by mouse drag-n-drop into your AutoCAD window, with the APPLOAD command, with the (load file.lsp) function.

Thanks Vladimir, that is easy enough to do.
 
I meant where can I download lisp files from cos I dont have the lisp commands stored on my workstation.

There are many AutoCAD- and LISP-related web sites and discussions which offer various LISP files (.LSP, .VLX) for download - including the Download page here on CADforum.cz
