Are xrefs attached to the drawing?

Are some layers turned off?

Are some layers frozen?

Are these "features" on the layer Defpoints?

What "features" are you talking about?

By any chance are the objects that are not showing using a white linetype color?

By any chance is the plot style you're using changing any of the missing linetypes to a white linetype color?

Either of these cases could make the objects "disappear" when plotted.
