I installed the Suresave app in autocad 2013. I cannot get it to work. It is installed and the dialog box appears and I have entered a save location. However nothing is ever saved. If I click the "suresave now" button it saves but otherwise it never saves. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your inquiry. There are 4 events when SureSave saves a copy of your DWG:
- on standard SAVE/SAVEAS command (not redefined)
- on CLOSE
- on AutoSave (when on)
- on manual request in the SureSave dialog
 
Is the SureSave reactor ON? (the first checkbox in the dialog) What OS are you using? Are there any restrictions on access rights to the Registry? Any other add-on applications running?
