I need help with moving the tool bars in AutoCAD 2013 LT
 
I just downloaded the trial version and I am use to using AutoCAD LT 2011
which was easy to move the tool bars from the top pallet and place the
tool bars along the side to set this up.  May be it works similar, can someone tell me how to do it?

you need to unlock the tool bar
righjt click on the grey tool bar area-lock location-all-unlocked.
