Sir, I am working on 3D modelling of a building in AutoCAD 2010. The 3D model has 7 elements ie... walls, roof and its constituents and floor and its constituents. I have to mesh the 3D model created so that I can use the meshed model for further analysis. Is there any method for meshing the created 3D model in AutoCAD?

What kind of building were you drawing that you created it with a mesh?  Seems a bit unusual.

The process of rapid prototyping is exactly like it sounds: prototypes of products are quickly produced so that companies can move forward with final production. it has grown from producing models and prototype parts alone to being used by sculptors for art exhibits and used by manufacturing companies to produce market ready parts in small numbers.

Not in this case, sir.

I guess the OP was simply wanting to build VIRTUAL (not real) model for further analysis like FEM.

Abhi:  What does rapid prototyping have to do with modeling a building inside of AutoCAD?
