Hi,
I have a problem in that I have saved a WBlock of a 3D item. When I open the file as it is. It operates in 3D as drawn. All the solids are solids.
But when I insert it as a block it becomes a 3d representation of the items. It does not show as solids. If I explode it, it just becomes a lot of individual lines on various on various X.Y & Z settings. What am I doing wrong? I need the block to act as a3D solid so I can slice it and edit it with 3D editing commands. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like the block is being exploded upon insertion into the drawing.  That's why when you explode it a second time you are ending up with something that is no longer a solid.  Check the insertion dialog box.
