hello,
please help me finding autolisp to prepare tiling plans of vein cut marble and its list in excel tables.

And what inputs are you expecting the user to provide?

What do you want to see as the output to Excel?

Tile size length and width ,tile number ,veneer direction .i use automatic text numbering in autocad 2009!

And you have a block or a hatch pattern for the veneer marble tile?

i draw each tile individualy as rectangles it is cut to size tiles.
there no automatic text numbering in newer versions of autocad it is in 2009.

Have you played around with the idea of creating a fully attributed dynamic block?  You could leave the attributes invisible in the drawing but extract as much as you want to an Excel file.  Something like the attached perhaps... For illustration I've exported to a table in the file.
