Do anyone have a DWG or PDF of typical hanger details that I may study to get a better understanding of how to create one.

[I guess one can't assume people will always spell things correctly here, but if they did, the airplane one is a hangar.  If the answer hadn't come in already, I'd also raise some other possibilities such as joist.]

Why bother creating your own when you can probably download a DXF or DWG file of one?
