I am trying to create a dynamic block that I can link to a model space view in Project Navigator so that it will display the view number and sheet number.  I would like to have the fields [VIEWNUMBER] and [SHEETNUMBER] contained within one string of text so that it can be set to center justified thereby centering on the geometry of the block.

When I place the fields in the attribute like this:
[VIEWNUMBER]/[SHEETNUMBER]
and then associate them with a model space view (by dragging the block onto the view in Project Navigator), it links successfully but one of the fields disappears.

If I double-click on the attribute, the "Value" box shows the first field (correctly linked) but the second field is nowhere to be found.

Based on http://www.cadforum.cz/cadforum_en/string-concatenation-in-autocad-fields-and-block-attributes-tip8281" rel="nofollow - this article  it is possible to have two fields in one string but the two fields that I want are not playing nice.

Any help would be appreciated.
