Is there a way to create a user defined variable in terms of a model data; e.g., mass?

Variable (user defined): PartArea
Expression for PartArea = U_Area * Mass, where U_Area (of which, the units is ft^2/lbmass) is defined already.
Note: The aim of this is to create a parametric-column for AREA in the Parts List.
