I don't think there is one currently. I think even Inventor requires some sort of add-on (InventorCAM?).
Another option would be MasterCAM. It can import DXF files from AutoCAD. I hear it is pricey though.

Thank you John, I was wondering If this is an area covered by Autodesk. Is there any CAM package capable of generating a toolpath on polymesh in the Autodesk portfolio?
