Hi guys i need help ! my ribbon toolbar appear as the other way.
not the usual one we see at youtube video.
any ideas ?

Try switching workspaces and see if that does the trick.

If that doesn't work try resetting your Profile.

Neither work?  Then it's time to start thinking about using a bigger hammer.

You need to click the Minimze botton. And choice the chose you like. You may have to click it two or three times.

2 Eagles (welcome to the forum btw!) is correct.  The OP simply minimized the ribbon.

Another solution is to double click any of the ribbon tabs (Home-Insert-Annotate-Etc).  This will also cycle the ribbon display.  Eventually (with enough dbl clicks of a tab) you eventually cycle back to the full display you want.
