I used a coworkers CAD to draw and while doing revision clouds, his was set up to where he made his own arc length distance. How can i set this up on my cad?

Patience is a virtue. No need to post twice inside of 2 minutes.
The option for setting the arc length is available at the command line. You just have to look to see it. There are actually three options: Arc length, Object and Style. Type "A" (for arc length) then press the Enter key. You should be able to figure it out from there.
