Will you be doing this is 2D or 3D?

Do you have all the necessary dimensions (riser height, tread depth, overall height between floors, etc.)?

What size stringers will you be utilizing?

Will you also be including a railing, balusters, and newel post(s)?

Will a landing be required?

Hi
Thanks for the return reply.

It might be easiers for me to send PM to you about this?

I will be taking a picture and make excact measuring today I hope.

It depend on the person I am going to make it for if he is at the cabin.

I think 3D would suite me best in mm

Thanks in advance

Have you done any work in 3D?

OK, 2D then

The measuring is as following:
Each tread will be: 40mm
Total raise is: 2435 mm
Total run is: 1780 mm
Width is: 788 (785 best fit) mm (outside to outside)
Lenght of stringer I hope will be from the drawing.

I think from bottom floor and the 3 first tread will be the curve. As the first tread will be turned only at the back of the tread. Seen from bottom - up left.
From tread no. 4 will be the same size.

The tread nosing shold be nothing. He want an open stringer on each side as the wall is on right and about 300 mm from the top. He also want raisers between each tread.
Hope this is ok. If I do have an addresse I can provide you 3 pictures how it is today (very bad done handwork)

Forgot to say I think 250 mm deapt would be fine +- ofcourse. Basic would be around 425mm as a rule. 250 tread and 175mm raiser.

You would be better off uploading the pictures here.  Maybe one of the forum members will take on the task of drawing it up.

Hi again.
I am not sure how but I have made a ling for each of them.

The third picture show the disaster where the stair turns. I have never seen so bad job. My thoughts was to make 1,2 and 3rd. tread as the first turning of the stair and then the rest the same. It is a steap stair but done better it would be ok for the users.
When you know the measurements and have the pictures I hope to get the drawing. I do appreciate any solution that will make it much better then the pistures. The raisers is not the same and I hope to make them the same.

I hope you copy and past the link.

Thanks so much in advance.

I amworking on my skills in CAD but for me it is not quick nor easy.

Is there a dimensioned floor plan?  Looks like there could be an obstacle or two to work around.

I am not  sure what you mean.

The floor is plain and nothing in the way in the opening.

Halling51, you have right here in the site examples of stairs in :
Cad Blocks, launch a search with the word STAIR and you have 10 pages of DWG files.

If there is nothing in the way then I would eliminate the curve in the stair and add a landing.  Triangular shaped stairs are dangerous.
